Understand your business’s AI visibility
Customers may use AI search to compare providers, products or solutions. An audit checks whether your business appears in agreed scenarios, how accurately it is described and which sources inform the answers.
A GEO audit examines your business presence in generative search: agreed queries, AI responses, brand mentions and sources.
When an audit is useful
Your brand is missing
Check whether your company appears when people search for services or compare providers.
Details are inaccurate
AI describes the wrong services, contacts or terms, or relies on outdated information.
You need priorities
Identify which content gaps or technical issues to address before investing in changes.
What we review
- Customer queries. Service discovery, provider selection, comparisons and branded searches. We agree on the market, language and competitors.
- AI answers. Brand mentions, offer descriptions, factual errors and cited sources in the systems agreed before work starts.
- Your website. Whether company information, services, experience, terms and contacts are clear and key pages are accessible.
- External sources. Company profiles and pages actually referenced in the answers we examine.
How the audit works
- Define the sample. Agree on services, queries, languages, markets and systems.
- Record examples. Save prompts, answers, sources, dates and test conditions, with repeat runs where needed.
- Compare the facts. Check answers against current business information and investigate discrepancies.
- Prioritise actions. Identify technical barriers, missing information, page updates or profile corrections.
What you receive
- A query log with recorded answers and sources.
- A list of inaccuracies and missing company or service information.
- A prioritised action plan naming the pages to change and explaining each recommendation.
- An agreed method for repeating checks after implementation.
Any mention rate describes only the tested sample. Answers can vary with time, prompt wording and test conditions.
