Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026.
This policy explains how Pro Resultat processes information about visitors to www.pro-resultat.agency, people enquiring about services, job applicants and newsletter subscribers. For data-related questions and requests, contact privacy@pro-resultat.agency. You can also use the contact form on our website.
Information we receive
- Service enquiries: name, email, phone number, selected service where the form includes this field, and information you choose to provide in subsequent communication.
- Job applications: first and last name, contact details, a comment and an uploaded file, such as a CV, if you submit one.
- Newsletter subscriptions: email and subscription information. A service enquiry or job application does not by itself subscribe you to marketing emails.
- Enquiry source: the form page URL, referring source, UTM parameters, advertising click and campaign identifiers where present. An enquiry receives an ID, submission time and processing status in our lead management system.
- Website visits: technical information about the browser, device, language, IP address and approximate location inferred by services from the IP address, pages viewed and website interactions. The scope depends on the tool, browser settings and tracking protection.
We do not ask for health information, political or religious views, or other sensitive information. Please do not include it in comments or CVs unless needed for your enquiry.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries, clarify requirements, prepare proposals and arrange services.
- To consider job applications and contact candidates.
- To send newsletter materials to people who subscribe.
- To manage leads, maintain communication history and assess enquiry sources and advertising results.
- To operate and secure the website, analyse usage, address usability issues and make backups.
Grounds for processing
The grounds depend on the purpose: handling your request and taking steps before entering into or performing a contract; your consent where needed, including newsletter subscriptions; legal obligations; and legitimate interests in security, enquiry management and service operation to the extent permitted by law. Reading this policy or dismissing the informational banner is not separate consent to every type of processing.
Cookies, local storage and the banner
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for website operation, language preferences, security, analytics and advertising measurement. These technologies may be provided by the website and external services.
The browser may retain referral information and advertising identifiers for 30 days. To avoid showing the notice on every visit, the website remembers its dismissal for 180 days. Submitted enquiries have a separate retention period.
The banner explains that the website uses cookies and links to this policy. “Got it” closes the notice. It is an informational notice rather than a cookie preference panel: it does not control analytics or advertising services.
You can manage cookies and site data in your browser and use tracking protection tools. This may limit statistics or some functionality. A provider’s advertising preferences do not necessarily stop every request to that provider.
Analytics, advertising and technical services
- Google Analytics 4 provides visit, event and traffic source statistics. Google Ads measures advertising clicks and conversions and supports advertising features according to tag settings. Google Tag Manager manages tag deployment. More information: Google Privacy Policy; Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta Pixel collects page view and configured event information for advertising measurement and advertising audiences. More information: Meta Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity analyses behaviour, including clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session replays of interface interactions. This helps identify usability issues and improve the website. Clarity uses cookies and other technologies; Microsoft also processes information under its terms. More information: Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Cloudflare supports website delivery, protection and performance measurement. More information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Lead management and access to information
We manage enquiries in Pro Resultat’s CRM system, keeping contact details, information about the request, its source and communication history. This helps the specialists responsible prepare proposals, organise the work and stay in touch with you.
Access is provided to staff and contractors who need the information for their assigned tasks. We also use technical services to operate the CRM, store information and communicate. Their providers may process information within their respective functions. We do not sell our contact database.
Some technical, analytics and advertising providers may process information outside Ukraine. In these cases, we take account of the relevant service terms and applicable requirements for data transfers.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose: handling the enquiry, the ongoing relevance of communication or an application, contractual performance, legal obligations and the need to protect rights. A subscription is retained while relevant; after opting out, a minimal record may be kept to prevent unwanted emails from restarting. External analytics services also apply their configured retention settings.
Information may remain in backups until they are replaced in the normal backup cycle. Deletion from a working system does not mean simultaneous deletion from every backup. You can contact us about particular information and whether it can be deleted.
We use access restrictions and technical safeguards. No transmission or storage method guarantees absolute security. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary personal information through website forms.
Your rights and requests
You can contact us to find out which personal information we process, access it, correct inaccuracies or request deletion. You can also object to processing or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Your other statutory rights and ways of protecting them remain available.
Email privacy@pro-resultat.agency or use the contact form. Briefly describe your request and provide the contact details we can use to locate your enquiry. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity where necessary. We will respond within the time limits required by law and explain the outcome.
Newsletter and policy updates
You can unsubscribe through a link in an email where supported by the sending service, or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing emails does not stop necessary correspondence about your enquiry or services.
We update this policy when website operations or services change. The current revision date appears at the top. This policy describes processing; it does not replace separate settings or consent required for particular tools.
