    Email Campaign Audit

An audit helps diagnose email performance before changing platforms, design or frequency. We review available campaign history, selected messages and platform settings.

We distinguish delivery settings, audience health and content issues. Findings indicate which conclusions have supporting data and which require additional measurement.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

    • What can an email audit check?

Audience and segments, sender setup, content, links, sequences and reporting. The exact sample is agreed before work begins.

    • Are open rates enough?

No. Privacy protections and automatic loading can distort opens. We also review clicks, visits and business actions, checking clicks for automated activity where possible.

    • Do you guarantee inbox placement?

No. We assess technical conditions and sending practices, but mailbox providers, reputation and recipient responses also affect delivery.

    • Do you need a copy of the entire audience?

Not always. Reports, segments and access with suitable permissions may be enough to start. Required data is agreed separately.
