About the project
Technoshop is a Ukrainian online store selling home goods, including fans, lighting, appliances and small devices. Work began in May 2024 with the advertising and analytics foundation built from scratch.

The starting point
At the start, there was no advertising account, analytics foundation or promotion strategy. The product feed needed attributes and consistent categorization. The client’s initial target was 500% ROAS at approximately UAH 20,000 in monthly ad spend.
Our approach
We first prepared measurement and product data, then launched Performance Max and Search campaigns. Subsequent work focused on category segmentation, feed quality, testing and strategy reviews.
What we did
01
Configured measurement
We set up GA4 and GTM with Purchase, AddToCart and BeginCheckout events. Merchant Center was created and linked to establish the foundation for product advertising.
02
Developed the product feed
We added brand, product_type and custom_label attributes. Feed rules covered product titles and characteristics, unnecessary characters, Google product categories and segmentation informed by margins.
03
Tested categories and campaigns
We combined Performance Max with brand and category Search campaigns. We tested product groups, titles, creatives and strategies, reviewed the advertised range and regularly updated feed rules.
Results by period
The first month and the later report are shown separately with explicit dates. In May 2024, reported ROAS exceeded the initial 500% target while spend remained within the approximate UAH 20,000 budget. January 2026 had a substantially larger advertising budget.
| Period | Conversion value, UAH | Ad spend, UAH | ROAS |

The table presents conversion value, spend and ROAS for the stated reporting periods. ROAS expresses conversion value relative to advertising spend.
Evidence from the advertising account

What ongoing work involved
The team analyzed bestsellers, tested new products, reviewed which items remained in campaigns, adjusted bidding strategies and updated the feed. Decisions took category performance and available margin data into account.
Measurement and sales economics
Planning the next steps brings advertising metrics together with sales, margins, returns and business costs.
What this project shows
Technoshop illustrates work on an advertising system from launch through deeper product segmentation and campaign testing. The results belong to this store and these reporting periods. Another project needs its own assessment of the product range, measurement and sales economics.
For campaign launches and ongoing optimization, explore Google Ads management. If advertising is already running and you need to review its foundation, a Google Ads audit can be a starting point.
