The starting point

At the start, there was no advertising system, and analytics needed to be configured. The store ran on Prom.ua, so preparation took the platform’s available options for website structure, tracking and product management into account.

Our approach

We began by reviewing demand and product categories, then configured Google Ads and conversion measurement. Subsequent work focused on campaign optimization and gradual budget adjustments.

How the cooperation developed

08 / 2024

Initial launch

Work began as an individual project while Pro Resultat was being established. This stage involved launching advertising and starting data collection.

12 / 2024

Team-led management

From December 2024, the project formally moved into the agency, with the team taking part in further campaign development.

What we did

01

Mapped demand to campaign structure

We analyzed the market, competitors, product categories and user behavior. This informed campaigns for different product groups.

02

Set up advertising and analytics

We created the advertising account, configured Google Ads and built the campaign structure. We also set up analytics and worked on conversion data transmission.

03

Optimized and expanded campaigns

We worked on campaigns and budgets, collecting data to inform further decisions. Phone inquiries received separate attention through the addition of Binotel to the website.

Phone inquiries are part of the customer journey

Customers call for help selecting mechanisms, checking technical specifications, placing wholesale orders and discussing custom furniture solutions. Binotel was added to the website to track these inquiries.

Advertising performance

Project reporting recorded around 50–80 phone inquiries per month, including consultations, help selecting mechanisms and wholesale requests. Binotel supported call tracking.

What this project shows

Brand Mebel illustrates how an advertising launch, measurement setup and campaign management work together. The development plan includes improvements to website structure, expanded analytics and consideration of another platform.

For campaign launches and ongoing optimization, explore Google Ads management. If advertising is already running and you need to assess the setup, a Google Ads audit can be a starting point.
