The starting point
The project already had an active advertising account with historical data and baseline results. Further development required a review of campaign structure. The client wanted to grow sales while controlling the budget and working within agreed margins.
Our approach
We focused on product categories and their economics: working with the client on margins, segmentation and budget allocation. In parallel, we reviewed Merchant Center and the transmission of Purchase events.
What we did
01
Reviewed the account and categories
We analyzed the fashion market, competitors, product categories and existing campaigns to identify priorities for further work.
02
Factored in product margins
Together with the client, we defined category margins, segmented campaigns with product profitability in mind and redistributed budgets.
03
Optimized advertising and data
We worked on Merchant Center, audited analytics and checked Purchase events. We added Shopping campaigns, developed Performance Max and tested new structures.
Results by period
The comparison uses January in two consecutive years: the first month of work and January of the following year. Conversion value increased from UAH 1,147,276 to UAH 1,914,295, while ad spend changed from UAH 57,679 to UAH 69,697.
| Period | Conversion value, UAH | Ad spend, UAH |

The table presents conversion value, spend and ROAS for the stated reporting periods. ROAS expresses conversion value relative to advertising spend.
Evidence from the advertising account

The website as a next development area
During scaling, the team identified pressure on the website from the large product range and a need for a new structure. A website update was treated as a separate stage in the project’s further development.
What this case covers
The case presents advertising results for January 2025 and January 2026. Website development is a separate stage of the project’s roadmap.
What this project shows
For Attico, the team combined campaign structure, product category data and margins agreed with the client. The reported results show higher conversion value at a higher budget. Assessing profitability also requires the economics of actual sales.
For ongoing campaign work, explore Google Ads management. If you first need to assess the existing setup and data, a Google Ads audit can be a starting point.
