When a separate design stage makes sense
Use a dedicated design stage when your website needs a custom appearance and its structure should be approved before development. For landing pages, company websites and stores, we first define pages, content and key user actions.
From the task to the interface
Brief and structure
Define what visitors need to understand, find and do; map the pages.
Layouts and adaptation
Design sections, navigation and elements, including their mobile presentation.
Approval and handoff
Collect feedback and prepare the final file and developer notes.
What we define in the scope
- Unique pages and reusable page templates.
- Structure and availability of copy, photography and brand assets.
- Mobile layouts, form states and required components.
- An interactive prototype and journey complexity, where needed.
If the selected platform has constraints, we account for them before design approval.
From Figma to a live website
You receive the approved Figma file. Components, graphics and notes are prepared within the agreed scope. A developer can estimate implementation from the layouts, while your team can compare the build with the approved design.
Implementation, CMS, payment, delivery and integrations belong to website development and are estimated separately.
Cost and timing
Website design in Figma
Website layout; implementation and development are separate
Final scope, concepts, revision rounds and formats are agreed before work begins. Paid fonts, third-party assets and additional work are considered separately.
The estimate depends on page count, user journeys, content readiness and the detail of mobile layouts. Stages and timing are agreed after the brief.
Where we begin
Share your business description, reference websites, current website if available, and required functionality. For an existing website, we identify what should stay and what needs to change.
