When a redesign is the right starting point
Your business has changed
Services, products or audiences have changed, but the site no longer reflects them.
The journey is difficult
Visitors struggle to find information, complete a form or purchase on mobile.
Technical limitations
Required functionality or editing options need a review of the current implementation.
Reviewing the existing website first
- Structure, key pages, content and mobile journeys.
- Available analytics, inquiries or orders, and usability friction.
- The CMS, extensions, integrations and maintenance constraints.
- Page URLs, internal links and content that need to be retained.
We identify what to retain, update or rebuild. A redesign does not automatically require changing platforms.
What the redesign can include
Keep
Important content, working journeys and necessary page URLs. Inventory these before making changes.
Improve
Navigation, core layouts, mobile states and forms. Copy and images within the agreed scope.
Check the transition
Links, redirects where needed, inquiries, orders and integrations after release.
If the current platform cannot support the required journey, we compare modifications with a move to WordPress for a business website, Horoshop or WooCommerce for a store.
Planning the migration carefully
Before launch, we inventory required content and URLs. If URLs change, we map old pages to new ones and plan redirects, then check internal links, forms and key pages after migration.
We plan to retain important URLs and content and configure necessary redirects. After launch, we check indexing and search performance.
Testing and launching the redesign
- Approved layouts. Review structure, content and responsive states before implementation.
- Test version. Test forms, purchases and integrations in the agreed test environment.
- Launch plan. Agree on backups, release order and post-launch checks.
- Post-launch review. Check availability, inquiries, orders and the planned analytics events.
Getting started
Partial website redesign
We first review the website and identify the sections, pages, journeys or technical implementation that need to change. We then prepare an estimate.
Starting package: one page or an agreed group of sections. We define the changes and required materials before work begins.
Our developer can handle technical website improvements when needed. Scope, cost and timing are agreed after reviewing the task and the existing implementation. A full redesign is estimated as a separate project.
Domain registration, hosting or platform fees, and paid themes and extensions are considered separately. Page count, content readiness, integrations and approvals affect the estimate and schedule.
Share the website URL, the main problems and the changes you need. Identify the pages, data and integrations that must be retained so we can propose an appropriate scope.
