First, identify what has been restricted
Individual product disapprovals and account suspensions are different situations requiring different reviews. We start with the specific Merchant Center notice, review history, and the actual condition of your website.
Individual products
We check attributes, images, page availability, and the accuracy of the affected product data.
Account-level issues
We analyze policy notices, business information, the website, and related restrictions.
A rejected review
We compare the changes already made with the requirements and check whether another review is available.
We review account notices, the website and previous requests to identify restriction causes and the changes needed.
Over 150 Merchant Center accounts reinstated
We regularly resolve Merchant Center restrictions across the projects we manage. Our experience covers both routine errors and cases requiring an in-depth review of the website, feed and account history.
Common issues
Product data errors, inconsistencies in store information and issues in the customer journey.
Repeated rejections
Reviewing previous changes and responses, investigating less obvious inconsistencies and preparing a prioritized fix plan.
Complex changes
Coordinating website improvements, restructuring the store and checking consistency between product pages, the feed and the account.
Some projects required rebuilding the store and domain-related work. We draw on that experience to identify the changes each situation needs, rather than apply one template to every restriction.
What we review in your store and feed
| Part of the system | Examples of checks |
|---|---|
| Business information | Consistency between contact details, store information, the domain, and account information. |
| Customer journey | Product, cart, and checkout availability, and clear shipping, payment, and return terms. |
| Product data | Prices, availability, links, images, and other attributes relevant to the products. |
| Consistency | Discrepancies between Merchant Center, the feed, product pages, and checkout. |
| Review history | Google’s notices, previous requests, changes made, and eligibility for another review. |
The checklist depends on the specific notice and business model. Google’s approach to product-level and account-level issues is described in the official Merchant Center documentation.

Feed

Corrections and review request
Requesting a review comes after diagnosis and actual fixes.
- Gather the starting information. We collect policy notices, review history, and appropriate system access without asking you to share passwords.
- Diagnose the situation. We separate confirmed issues from hypotheses and prioritize the checks.
- Agree on the fixes. We explain what needs changing in the account, feed, and website, who will implement it, and how we will verify it.
- Prepare for another review. Once the changes are live, we check their consistency and whether a review request is available in the account.
- Analyze the response. We document Google’s decision and the next steps available within its procedures.
According to Google’s review guidance, unsuccessful reviews may trigger a waiting period. Another request may not be available until that period ends.
What your business receives
- An explanation of the current restriction and the procedures available.
- A list of confirmed issues or hypotheses, with specific items to investigate.
- A prioritized action plan with clear responsibilities.
- Verification of the agreed fixes before submitting another request.
- Help preparing information and deciding on next steps after Google’s response.
Technical store improvements, bulk catalog changes, and integrations may require a separate quote. We define the scope rather than treating every possible change as part of one open-ended service.
Cost and timing
Merchant Center reinstatement support
Restriction diagnosis, a prioritized fix plan and support in preparing for another review.
We agree on the final fee and scope after an initial diagnosis. Bulk catalog changes, complex integrations and website rebuilding are quoted separately.
Our work timeline depends on the cause, rejection history, catalog size, and how quickly fixes can be implemented. Google’s review timelines and waiting periods are outside the agency’s control.
If a product or business model does not meet the platform’s requirements, an appeal alone will not change that. We first establish what changes are possible and whether further work is appropriate.
What to check after reinstatement
After products become eligible again, monitor price and inventory synchronization, website availability, and new Merchant Center notices. Purchase measurement also needs a separate check.
