Product advertising built around your store economics

Google Shopping presents products with an image, price and store name. These product campaigns are part of Google Ads management. A launch requires prepared product data in Merchant Center and a linked Google Ads account.

We begin with stock availability, priority categories, margins and an acceptable acquisition cost. These inputs guide the campaign structure and proposed budget.

    When Google Shopping can fit

    Your store is ready

Prices, shipping, payment and mobile checkout are clear and up to date.

    You have product priorities

Focus advertising on selected categories, seasonal ranges or products with suitable margins.

    Campaigns need a review

Costs are increasing, products are not showing or attributed purchases are unclear.

    What we set up

    • Product data. Review titles, images, prices, availability, identifiers and variants; identify feed and store changes.
    • Merchant Center. Review product diagnostics, consistency with your website, shipping and return information. Scope restrictions work according to the issue.
    • Google Ads campaigns. Group products and agree locations, budget and goals. Separate launch work from ongoing management.
    • Measurement. Check purchase events, value, currency and transaction IDs; compare analytics with store records.
    ApproachReachWhen we consider it
Standard ShoppingGoogle product ad placements.A separate product campaign structure and product-group management are needed.
Performance Max with a feedMultiple Google channels, including product placements.A cross-channel objective, suitable assets and conversion data are available.

We select the campaign type after reviewing the account. Performance Max is not limited to Shopping placements. Restrictions may first require Merchant Center suspension support.

For Performance Max campaigns, we also review available placement data. Our Placement Quality Monitor case study shows how we collect it in Google Sheets while accounting for reporting limitations.

    The product campaign workflow

    1. Review the store

Check products, access, feed diagnostics and purchase data.

    2. Prepare the launch

Agree priority products, campaign structure, budget and evaluation criteria.

    3. Launch and verify

Check product eligibility, spend, traffic and conversion recording.

    4. Refine with evidence

Review categories and orders, then adjust product groups and priorities.

During ongoing management, repeat the review as prices, stock and results change.

    What your team receives

    • An agreed campaign structure and product selection.
    • A record of resolved and outstanding feed and Merchant Center issues.
    • Reporting on spend, purchases, purchase value and ROAS when tracking is reliable.
    • Recommendations for products, budgets and the next checks.

ROAS compares reported purchase value with ad spend. Profitability also depends on margins, returns and other costs. E-commerce analytics can be scoped where needed.

To identify which unavailable products to review first, we connect availability with historical advertising metrics. Our Product Value Monitor case study illustrates this approach.

    How the service is billed

    Included in Google Ads management

Google Shopping product campaigns are part of Google Ads. Their setup and management are included in the agreed advertising account scope.

View Google Ads management scope and pricing

Ad spend is separate. Campaign formats, geography and scope are agreed before launch.

Complex feed changes, store development and suspension support are assessed separately when needed.

    What we need to begin

Share your store URL, selling countries and priority categories. The review requires Merchant Center, Google Ads and analytics access, plus information about margins and order processing.

Tell us about your store so we can assess readiness and agree the work.
