When Horoshop is a good fit
For businesses that need a catalog and online ordering on an established commerce platform. We start by reviewing the product range, category structure, required services and order handling.
If the project needs extensive changes to platform behavior or different system-management requirements, we compare the approach with WordPress/WooCommerce.
Catalog, content and design
- Agree on categories, filters, attributes and product-page structure.
- Select a platform design and configure it for the brand within available options.
- Check product sources, data quality and the initial catalog population method.
- Prepare agreed supporting pages, contact details and language versions.
Ongoing imports or feeds require a separate review of identifiers, categories, prices, stock and product-removal rules before launch.
Payments, delivery and data exchange
We connect the agreed available services and test the journey from product selection to a placed order. CRM connections, feeds and other data exchange are assessed for compatibility and workflow requirements.
API access and some functions depend on the platform plan. Before agreeing on an integration, we check available features and ongoing costs against the current Horoshop plans.
Where needed, we can automate product, price and stock updates from supplier feeds and the transfer of orders. Synchronization rules, API access and error handling are scoped separately.
Pre-launch checks
01 · Catalog
Categories, filters, variants and prices. Check that a buyer can find the right product.
02 · Checkout
Cart, fields, payment and delivery. Run a test journey and check notifications.
03 · Data exchange
Agreed analytics events and connected systems. Compare the data using a test order.
04 · Team handover
Access and everyday tasks. Explain how to work with products and orders.
Project work and platform fees
Horoshop online store
Configuration of the platform design, catalog structure and checkout. Payment, delivery and integration requirements are agreed separately.
For stores, we agree on initial manual entry of up to 20 products. Product research and content preparation, large catalogs, bulk migration and ongoing synchronization require a separate estimate.
Domain registration, hosting or platform fees, and paid themes and extensions are considered separately. Page count, content readiness, integrations and approvals affect the estimate and schedule.
Our project work and the Horoshop subscription are separate costs. Design configuration, catalog population, migration and custom integrations are estimated by scope.
The Svit Energy and Instrument Expert cases cover different launch and synchronization requirements. Their timelines and outcomes relate to those specific projects.
