About the project

YISTYK is a Ukrainian cheese-snack brand. Its founder already had business experience and decided to launch a new production venture. Seeing an opportunity in cheese snacks, he purchased equipment and approached Pro Resultat to turn the product into a venture ready to sell.

We delivered a turnkey launch: marketing strategy and a content plan, the design and development of a Horoshop store, banners, advertising creatives and campaign launch.

The initial challenge

The initial goal was to test demand for a new product and create a clear path to a first purchase. The scope covered the full launch: how to present cheese snacks, what shoppers should see on the website and how to reach the audience.

The approach: a brand and online store launch with a growth plan

Start by selling directly to consumers through the brand’s own store, then develop a retail partner channel. The website and advertising support current orders while the strategy gradually expands the product’s presence in other shops.

What we delivered

01

Launch strategy

Planned the market-entry sequence: consumers first, followed by retail partners and distribution development.

02

Design and a Horoshop store

Created the storefront design, catalog structure and product pages, bringing individual flavors and ready-made bundles into one interface.

03

Banners and creatives

Prepared website and advertising visuals: flavor presentations, product highlights and offers built around different consumption occasions.

04

Content plan

Planned product communication covering the brand, the range, its benefits and ways to choose a first bundle.

05

Advertising launch

Connected advertising messages with the store’s offers and launched campaigns to attract shoppers.

06

Partner-channel development

The next focus is attracting independent retailers that can add YISTYK products to their assortment.

A storefront that introduces the product

The homepage immediately introduces the brand, its flavors and a featured offer. Large banners establish the visual tone and lead to products, while navigation provides direct access to Gouda, Suluguni, Parmental, Parmesan and bundles.

Visual presentation and banners

The design combines a warm background, contrasting accents and large product images. Banners present the offer through specific flavors and occasions: trying the range, choosing a snack or finding a bundle to share.

From choosing a bundle to the product page

The catalog presents individual products and ready-made bundles. Prices and availability are visible at a glance, with filters and sorting to refine the selection. For a new customer, a bundle offers a way to try several flavors in one order.

Information that supports a purchase decision

The product page brings together images, price, quantity, description and ingredients. Information pages and the footer complete the shopping journey with payment, delivery and contact details.

The store on mobile

The mobile version retains the brand’s visual style and core journeys: view an offer, open the catalog, choose a bundle and proceed to purchase. Banners fit the narrow screen, and the catalog displays products in two columns.

A two-stage strategy: customers and partners

01. Direct-to-consumer sales

The first stage was to bring the product online, attract initial customers and start selling through the brand’s own store. The website, content and advertising materials formed one coordinated launch.

02. Attracting retail partners

The second stage expands distribution through independent shops and dealers. The current focus is attracting new partners and gradually increasing the number of places where shoppers can find YISTYK.

What the business gained

The project progressed from an idea for a new production venture to an operating online store, its first customers and sales. Products are now available in other shops, retail partners have joined, and the business has established a local presence on Google Maps.

The website became the foundation for online sales and brand presentation. Further development focuses on the partner channel and making the products available in more locations.

When this approach fits

A new product benefits from aligning strategy, website, content and advertising before launch. For YISTYK, we brought these elements together so the business could begin with consumer sales and then develop its retail partner network.
