About the project

Eurosil needed to organize its communication with prospective buyers of A500. The owner had technical materials and customer experience to draw on, but repeatedly had to bring that information together and explain it during sales conversations.

We held a consultation, gathered the source materials and created a sales proposal to send after the initial contact. The client received one document that introduces the product and supports a more focused discussion.

Repeated explanations and scattered information

Sales conversations required lengthy explanations. Documentation, product arguments and answers to common questions were spread across files and the owner’s knowledge. Follow-up conversations lacked a consolidated document that could simply be sent to the buyer.

A shared basis for the buyer conversation

We agreed on a structure connecting the product introduction, technical explanation and testing offer. The document needed to help buyers review the information and decide whether to take the next step.

How we assembled the proposal

01

Consultation and collection

We brought together technical documentation, system and product materials, market information, customer feedback and the owner’s internal knowledge.

02

Selection and structure

We selected the information needed for an initial review and organized it into context, product introduction, explanation, comparison and the next step.

03

Copy and layout

We organized the content into focused slides, followed the Eurosil website’s visual style and prepared the editable PPTX and a PDF for sharing.

The task was to retain the substance of the technical materials while making the first reading manageable. We grouped details by topic so the owner could refer to the relevant section in later conversations.

Restrained design for everyday sales use

At the client’s request, we chose a straightforward layout aligned with the website. White and blue areas, contrasting headings, product photography and short lists let readers scan the proposal section by section.

The presentation was designed for day-to-day conversations with business buyers. Visual emphasis highlights the product and key arguments, while consistent layouts help readers navigate the sections.

Technical content in a readable sequence

We divided the technical material into separate explanations. For example, the ultrasonic cavitation slide connects the process description to the properties stated in the Eurosil materials. Columns and short blocks let readers work through the explanation in stages.

Application areas on one slide

We grouped the application areas presented in the Eurosil proposal on a separate slide. Short labels and icons help buyers locate their industry and prepare questions for further discussion and testing.

Arguments and application limits

The proposal includes a separate section on situations where product selection needs further evaluation. This provides a basis for buyer questions and a discussion about testing in their own production conditions.

This section supports a focused conversation about the buyer’s requirements, what to evaluate with a sample and which questions remain before a purchasing decision.

The proposal’s place in the sales process

After the initial contact, the owner sends the prepared document to the buyer. The buyer can review the information independently, return with questions and discuss an A500 sample for testing.

01 · Initial contact
Understand the inquiry
02 · Proposal

03 · Follow-up
Discuss questions and conditions
04 · Next step
Discuss a test sample

The closing slide offers a sample and provides contact details. This gives the next conversation a specific subject after the buyer has reviewed the material.

The deliverable: one reusable sales document

The client received a structured 10-slide proposal and now sends it to prospective buyers. Previously scattered files, arguments and explanations became one document for handling inquiries.

We delivered PPTX + PDF. The editable PPTX allows text changes and new versions, while the PDF is ready to view and share. The owner can reuse the document and refer to individual sections during consultations.
